2025 Registration

Divisions Offered:

  • Girls (U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18, Open)

  • Boys (U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18)​

Cost: ​

  • Super Early Bird (first 75 teams to register): $600

  • Early Bird (Next 75 teams to register): $700

  • Regular (Next 75 teams to register): $800 

  • Last Minute (from 225 teams until July 1st): $900 

 

To help fight the decline in girls basketball programs, we are offering full registration reimbursement to all girls teams who register by May 31st, 2025.

Refund and Rebate Policy:

  1. Registration Rebate (Girls teams only): Girls teams who register before May 31st and adhere to all rules before and during the tournament will be eligible for a full registration rebate. This rebate will be processed after the completion of the tournament.

  2. Refunds for Cancellations: Refunds for canceled teams will only be granted if requested by email to info@frontcourtevents.com by May 31st, 2025.

  3. No Refunds Post-May 31st, 2025: There will be no refunds processed for teams/individuals who withdraw, cancel, or forfeit games/participation after May 31st, 2025.

  4. Processing of Refunds: All refunds (if granted) will be processed at the end of the event.

Out-of-Town Registration Discount

Teams from outside the lower mainland can use the code OutOfTown to receive a $150 discount on their registration fee for each team.

  • Apply Code: Enter OutOfTown during registration to get the discount, this cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Eligibility: Discount applies only to teams from outside the lower mainland.

Additional Team Registration Policy

Programs adding extra teams after their initial registration will be charged the registration price in effect at the time of adding those additional teams, not the price at the time of their first team registration.

Age Grid For 2025:

Athletes can play up but not play below their birthday, there may be occasional exceptions made for U18's who remain unsigned to participate with the U17's.  Actual age on the day of the tournament does not matter

U10: Born Sep 1 2015 or later

U11: Born between Sep 1 2014 and Aug 31 2015

U12: Born between Sep 1 2013 and Aug 31 2014

U13: Born between Sep 1 2012 and Aug 31 2013

U14: Born between Sep 1 2011 and Aug 31 2012

U15: Born between Sep 1 2010 and Aug 31 2011

U16: Born between Sep 1 2009 and Aug 31 2010

U17: Born between Sep 1 2008 and Aug 31 2009

U18: Born between Sep 1 2007 and Aug 31 2008

Open: This division is for athletes who have graduated high school

Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Participation

 

By registering for BBall Nationals (the "Tournament"), you agree to participate in the entirety of the Tournament and follow all rules communicated by staff. Registrations made by credit card are subject to processing fees, to pay by e-transfer please see bballnationals.com/registration

 

2. Forfeiture and Penalties

 

You understand that if your team forfeits a game, a penalty fee of $100 will be assessed. This fee is applicable to cover costs associated with the forfeiture and compensate the other team. Additionally, you acknowledge that refunds are not available for any teams that choose to withdraw from the Tournament after May 31st.

 

3. Team Participation

 

Each athlete is permitted to participate with only one team throughout the Tournament. Switching teams or participating with multiple teams is not allowed.

 

4. Roster Submission

 

In order to be eligible to participate in the Tournament, you agree to submit your team's roster at least 10 days prior to the start of the Tournament. Failure to provide the roster within this timeframe may result in ineligibility to compete.

 

5. Integrity and Fair Play

 

BBall Nationals values integrity and respect. Any coach or player who is ejected from a game by a referee will be subject to a mandatory one-game suspension. This suspension is designed to uphold the principles of fair competition and sportsmanship.

 

6. Acceptance of Terms

 

By registering for the Tournament, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to, forfeiture penalties or suspension from the Tournament.

 

7. Amendments

 

BBall Nationals reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants and will apply to all future and ongoing participation in the Tournament.
